Cancellations

When an order is placed we usually start work on it within 8-24 hours. If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately orders can not be changed or cancelled once started, but we will do our best to accommodate where possible.

 

Refunds & Returns

At Sass + Swag we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however as our products are custom made to order we can only refund damaged or faulty items. Faulty products may be returned for a full refund, exchange or replacement product where possible. If you receive a faulty item, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 14 days.

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition that you received it. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you realize you ordered the incorrect size when you receive your order, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund or exchange. Please double check our sizing chart prior to ordering.

 

Sale Items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

 

Shipping

Sass + Swag is not responsible for items lost in the post as unfortunately this is out of our control. Orders posted within Australia typically arrive within a week, and orders posted outside of Australia typically arrive within 3 weeks, but can take longer depending on delivery location and customs. We highly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option to avoid this issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
